Busсhman Store™ Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Buschman Store™:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Return shipping and handling charges are paid by customer. Returns shipped COD will be refused & fees incurred by the customer. You'll need to pay for shipping an item to our warehouse in California excepting the cases when Buschman Store™ is responsible for this shipping.
  • Restocking fee may be applied. A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price, depending on the condition in which it is returned. Restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition without opening the box. – No restocking fee is applied.
  • If the box was opened and the item is in the original condition. – Restocking fee in amount of 25% of item's price is applied.
  • If an item has visible damage (scratches, nicks, tears, etc.) after use. – Restocking fee in amount of 50% of item's price is applied.

Please understand our reasons for applying restocking fees. We need to pay our employees who examine and repackage the items. We have to sell used items with a big discount that is why restocking fees are sometimes applied. We hope you enjoy your purchase at Buschman Store™ and we always try to do our best for that.

If you receive the damaged item you have 3 calendar days from the date you received it to inform us about the damage. All requests for returning the damaged items after 3 calendar days from the receiving date are not authorized.

While returning the damaged items, please provide the following information:

  • Full image(s) of the unit(s)
  • Images of the damage to the unit(s) if the damaged is not visible in the full images
  • Images of the tracking labels or packing slips from the packages that contained the damaged unit(s)
  • Images of the damaged to the shipping boxes

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the parts, hardware and manuals that were included when you received it.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

*The customer returns the item for one of the following reasons:
  • Accidental order
  • Better price available
  • No longer needed/wanted
